Must be a professional artist.
Submit original artwork owned by you.
Artwork must be suitable for public display.
Prohibited Content
No pornographic, violent, politically sensitive, racist, or offensive material.
2. Fees & Payment
Full payment is required upon booking.
Fees are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
Artists retain ownership of their work.
The Organizers may use submitted artwork for publication and promotion.
4. Magazine Copy
Printed copies are not included in the package.
A PDF copy will be sent via email.
5. Distribution
Available via online retailers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, WHSmith, Foyles, Blackwell’s, Baker & Taylor, and more.
Sent to art collectors, investors, galleries, and curators.
No guarantee of sales volume.
6. Privacy
Personal data is protected and used solely for the magazine.
No sharing with unauthorized third parties.
7. Liability
The Organizers are not responsible for any damages, errors, or omissions.
8. Disclaimer
The magazine is provided "as is" without warranties.
9. Amendments
Changes to submitted images or text are not permitted after submission.
Multiple or excessive requests for changes will not be accommodated.
No changes allowed after submission.
The editorial team determines layout and design.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
No cancellations once confirmed.
Refunds only if the Organizers fail to include the artwork.
11. Governing Law
Subject to the laws where the Organizers are headquartered.
