Biography

A contemporary Canadian artist, born in November 1964, began his journey in Syria, where he worked as a graphic designer, illustrator, interior designer, and set designer for theatre and film, following his time at the Damascus Art Academy. In 1998, he moved to Qatar as an illustrator to create digital paintings for a well-known television station. In 2014, he relocated to Toronto, Canada, and works as a full-time artist.

Artist Statement

"Art decorates the soul, not the wall."
"All we see is an illusion of density; matter is compressed light. Everything is made up of vibrations, and these vibrations are not just physics, but consciousness, memory, and spirit. If you want to discover the secrets of the universe, think about energy, frequency, and vibration."

This understanding fundamentally shapes my artistic process. My work explores the interplay between light and color, revealing the hidden connections that bind us to our environment. Each piece serves as a dialogue, inviting viewers to engage with the layers of perception that define their experience of reality.

Through a vibrant palette and dynamic compositions, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and introspection. Influenced by both natural landscapes and abstract concepts, my art embodies the essence of transformation, reflecting the fluidity of existence.
