Artist Statement
I am a contemporary painter who explores themes of harmony, beauty, and emotional transformation in my art. Inspired by the psychology of personal growth, I create compositions that balance fragmentation and unity, reflecting my perspective on how people find meaning in a complex world.
Kempener Burg, 2016. Acrylic on canvas, 70 x 50 cm.
Through my use of rhythmic forms, contrasting elements, and vibrant color palettes, I invite the viewer into a space where tension is resolved through balance. Each painting offers viewers a chance to contemplate inner peace and suggests that wholeness and strength can be discovered within, even in a disconnected world.
Touch the Sky, 2021. Acrylic on canvas, 30 x 30cm.
My art is based on the idea that visual language can provide a restorative experience, similar to how individuals piece together fragmented perceptions to achieve a sense of completeness. Ultimately, my art serves as both a mirror for emotional states and a catalyst for personal insight, giving viewers a feeling of connection and wholeness within their own lives.
