Biography

I come from Brno in Czech republic, where I currently paint all of my artworks. I was born 26 year ago in a very little town called Vsetin.
Before I pursued an artist career, I got a masters degree in psychological counselling studies, as I have always been interested in the human spectrum of emotions and the causality of reactions to the inner and outside world.
During my studies I used to be a half-professional swimmer until I was 24. However, all of this has been highly influencing my work as the creativity and inspiration in me have always remained undefeated.
My career started in figurative art in 2017, with portraits specifically. By this I wanted to evoke deep, structurally engrained emotions. This led to the collection called Midnight Sobs, that is still growing until this day.
In 2020 I moved to abstract art with the purpose to explore my craft more deeply. To my surprise, I found a beautiful and profound way of exploring an artistic perspective with the concept resembling clouds, steams and fogs.
As a newcomer, I was fortunate to have my work exhibited for the very first time in Milan, MADS gallery in July 2021 and London, in The Line Contemporary Space in cooperation with ITSLIQUIDGROUP company, from September to October 2021.
Artist Statement

My art is a result of the combination of my lifelong love for painting and the undying need to tell people's stories as well as mine.
I see art as some kind of a force of nature. Art should evoke a reaction, just as any other phenomenon and I truly hope my work does the same. Every piece of mine carries a message, a purpose or a memory. I do believe that my artworks are projections of my own thinking, which people have unlimited access into through paintings.
I found my inner strength in following my instinct, which is making art. And I wish, my art will be constantly inspiring others to find their own authenticity that lies within them.
