Artist Statement
My work emerges from close observation of the natural world alongside an enduring attraction to fantasy. Moving between the real, the surreal, and the abstract, I seek to capture fleeting moments shaped by time, place, and perception.
Like mother, like daughter, 2026
Influenced by both tropical and temperate landscapes, I use contrasts of warm and cool color, dynamic gesture, layered paint or pastel, and shifting light to evoke atmosphere and emotional resonance.
The tower, 2026
Balancing translucent veils with richly textured surfaces, my compositions hover between the recognizable and the ambiguous. Through this interplay, I explore the interconnected forces of humanity, nature, and technology, expressing the restless energy of a continually evolving world.
