Biography

I am an engineer along with an professional artist. I have done diploma on fine Art ,I have done masters in art and then artist degree from NIKHIL BHARAT SANGEET SAMITI, KOLKATA.

Title- The magical landscape, 2014, oil on canvas size- 60cm *48cm

Trainee:- I worked in a live design problem to develop a powered rural three wheeler for rural and sub urban application using available mechanical components which consisted of a diesel prime mover, v- belt and chain based transmission drive, From Indian Institute of technology, Guwahati.

Projects :- Developed a design of terrace farming vehicles from Indian institute of technology , Guwahati [ dept of design]
I have my Spoken English Course from British Council of India, New Delhi.

My interests go beyond my own country Thanks to the opportunities presented by information technology and social media, i have been able to take up distance learning with a UK training agency Qed training enrolled me on their leadership and management course and in July 2016 I passed with merit This course also provided great insights into the culture of another country which will further develop my creative skills.

Artist Statement

I am inspired by some specific things affecting different types of human experience. By this I mean people's life, people's struggles, people's success, people's failures, people's trust, people's wishes, people's joy, people's happiness and people's downfall.

In other words, people's up lifting experiences and how they think and observe things.. I only make painting on the life of people's in various situations. Various means from birth to death and after life. What is the most toughest thing in the world? In trying to identify and resolve these issues I do read books and various types.

For example, in a book entitled "FAST AND SLOW" i have read some lines which say: "I AM NOT WHAT I THINK I AM , I AM NOT WHAT YOU THINK I AM, I AM WHAT I THINK YOU THINK I AM" Thats a quote I like It hits my heart hard and blows my mind .And pulls my mind to illustrate people's real life situations through colour on canvas.

And one greater philosopher said one thing" it is impossible or extremely hard to find people's mind " I agree. This is the toughest thing in the world. So, I too colour up some life situations through my painting.. I hope you will like it when you got to know the meaning of my paintings.
