Shawn Park
Biography
Shawn Park was born in Korea, she has started drawing at the age of 17, but she loves drawing since she was a child. Now, she is a student attending the Art Center College of Design.
Artist Statement
She believes that there is no limitation to express her philosophy. With her faith in trying various materials to find her aesthetics, Drawing, Western & Eastern Painting, 3D, and Digital Arts are the most significant areas that she works on. She enjoys drawing humans, bio-structures and loves to express that with her fantastic imagination. Also, her camera always belongs to her; she is studying digital media to expand her view.
“I wish to reach out to the audience as a fairytale, covering my stories in various media. I have an ambition that the stories in the works stimulate lots of artists’ imagination. Communication with the audience through my works, I have a fancy for being the root of another tree that can inspire anyone else.”
