Artist Monograph Book – Terms & Conditions

By applying to participate in the Artist Monograph Book, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made in connection with the Artist Monograph Book are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or withdraw your participation at any stage, no refund will be issued.

3. License to Use Artworks

By submitting your artworks, you grant Contemporary Art Curator Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, and include your artworks in the Artist Monograph Book.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership and copyright of your artworks.
This agreement does not transfer or assign any intellectual property rights.

5. Representations & Warranties

By submitting your work, you confirm that:

  • You are the sole creator and copyright holder of the submitted artworks.

  • Your work is original.

  • Your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
