Biography
Based in Huissen, The Netherlands, abstract painter Babo creates unique abstract paintings influenced by Pollock, Richter and Mondriaan - to name a few. By combining the different styles and experiment with them, the typical, vibrant Babo-style has emerged.
Artist Statement
Inspired by patterns and the impermanence of objects in nature, and being influenced by Pollock, i try to combine the one thing i cannot control, with the one thing i can control. Finding my own style has been a journey that took me many years. It was worth it.
